  • HM Land Registry completed 2,026,520 applications to change or query the Land Register
  • the South East topped the table of regional applications with 459,168

HM Land Registry completed 2,026,527 applications in March compared with 1,771,870 in February and 2,125,508 last March 2022, of which:

  • 360,991 were applications for register updates compared with 340,617in February
  • 1,122,973 were applications for an official copy of a register compared with 973,175 in February
  • 218,147 were search and hold queries (official searches) compared with 187,783 in February
  • 20,298 were postal applications from non-account holders compared with 17,653 in February
